CUSTOM TRAUMA TRAINING OPTIONS

Full-Day All-Department Training (8 hours)

This comprehensive session begins with the Trauma Introduction as a foundation and expands to cover secondary and vicarious trauma, moral injury, compassion fatigue, and burnout. Participants learn strategies for creating a safe environment to apply the Emotional Activation Model of Trauma and improve communication. The training provides opportunities to strengthen self-awareness and personal resilience skills.

Half-Day All-Department Training

This session focuses on post-traumatic stress injuries and offers participants an opportunity to explore a personal healing journey. Attendees learn about the physiological impacts of trauma on the brain and how these changes affect perception and cognition. The training emphasizes practical strategies and skills for coping and healing following difficult experiences.

Upper Management Training (2–4 hours)

This session addresses the organizational impacts of trauma, equipping leadership teams with strategies to respond effectively within their agencies. The training covers leadership styles and evidence-based theories of effective leadership, providing tools to foster a trauma-informed culture at all levels of the organization.

Middle Management Training (2–4 hours)

Designed to complement All-Department Training, this session provides supervisors with a clear overview of the spectrum of trauma. Participants learn how to support their teams, communicate with upper management, and apply evidence-based leadership strategies while fostering resilience and connection within their departments.
