Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful parts of us.

When life’s stressors begin to feel like crashing waves and you’re struggling to keep your head above water, it can be hard to know where to turn next. When one event—or many—becomes too heavy to carry, you may feel pulled under rather than supported. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you’ve come to the right place.

My hope is that entering therapy marks the beginning of a new phase of growth and healing for you. I see my role as someone willing to wade into the deep water with you—helping you navigate each wave until you’re able to find steady ground again, with your feet firmly in the sand and a renewed sense of confidence and control.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Grief Professional. I work from a trauma-informed, relational approach that emphasizes safety, connection, and respect for your lived experience. When you come into my office, you can expect an empathic presence, thoughtful guidance, and a space where you don’t have to face difficult experiences alone.

I have experience supporting a wide range of individuals, including frontline medical professionals and families navigating medical crises; military members, first responders, and corrections officers processing the lasting impact of critical incidents; and individuals and families affected by domestic violence. I am deeply committed to walking alongside clients as they work through both past and present pain, helping them make meaning of their experiences and reconnect with their strengths.

Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also utilize motivational interviewing and person-centered practices to build a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship.

There is nothing to fear in being wounded. I have witnessed many people discover resilience, clarity, and self-compassion in the very places they once avoided or felt overwhelmed by. If you’re wondering whether someone can hear your story, stay present through the pain, and walk beside you toward healing—the answer is yes.
